"Respectful and cautious, gathered by the mulberry trees, affairs of the king should not be neglected, yet the fields remain untilled. Have parents ever truly been carefree under the vast sky? How can things remain constant?" - "Bao Yu"

Since ancient times, filial piety has been the cornerstone of Chinese family values. The spirit of filial piety is considered a fundamental virtue, as the saying goes, "Filial piety is the foremost of all virtues." However, in today's society, where everything moves swiftly, many children not only lack a sense of gratitude towards their parents but also struggle to fulfill the most basic duty of being filial. A case in point is an elderly lady in Shanghai who, after diligently raising an African boy for 18 years, ultimately lost her smile. Why did this happen?

On August 8, 2000, Zhu Shuibao, an elderly lady in Shanghai, went out to buy groceries and encountered something unfamiliar on her familiar route. Amidst the cries, she discovered a newborn baby abandoned by the roadside, still in swaddling clothes. A note attached to the baby's clothes indicated his birthdate: August 1. Seeing this seven-day-old infant, Zhu Shuibao felt a deep compassion and decided to bring him home. The baby, with dirty skin that resisted cleaning, was later found to be of mixed Chinese-African descent. Although Zhu Shuibao, who had never seen a black person before, was initially concerned, she accepted the child into her home. She named him Zhu Junlong, hoping for his future success.

Despite being of African descent, Zhu Junlong grew up in China, eating Chinese food and speaking the Chinese language. Under Zhu Shuibao's care and the influence of traditional culture, he developed into a child with a sense of honor and filial piety. However, he retained his energetic nature, often being quite lively. As Zhu Junlong grew older, issues related to household registration, nationality, and education became pressing matters. Fortunately, the local education bureau understood Zhu Junlong's situation and implemented special measures to allow him to attend school before processing his household registration and nationality. Consequently, Zhu Junlong successfully completed primary and junior high school. After graduating from junior high, his household registration was officially processed, and he became a Chinese citizen.

As he diligently pursued his studies, Zhu Junlong gained admission to university in 2018. However, a significant change occurred after the demolition of Zhu Shuibao's old house. The state compensated her with five houses, with each of her two sons taking two, leaving one for her. Zhu Shuibao sold this house for 2.5 million yuan, intending to purchase a smaller one. Unexpectedly, her eldest son used the entire sum to repay debts, and her younger son was unwilling to support her. This led to a legal dispute between the mother and her sons. Now, with no place to go, the eldest son is nowhere to be found, and the younger son refuses to care for her.

Fortunately, kind-hearted individuals in society helped arrange accommodation for Zhu Junlong. Currently, the elderly lady and her adopted son, Zhu Junlong, live together. However, the actions of her two biological sons have robbed her of her smile. What are your thoughts on the behavior of these two biological sons?
