Casual Event Promoter

A well-known formula milk brand will be holding a promotional event in Garden City Westfield. Casual promotor is needed.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Show up on time
2. Engage with consumers, be friendly and professional.
3. Introduce consumers to the Nutrition Advisor (onsite 10 am to 5 pm) if they have questions.
4. Share with consumers how to get a tote bag and premiums (goodies)
5. Make sure only children 1 year and above participate in the tote bag coloring. This is for safety reasons.
6. A variety of coloring implements will be provided. Please ensure that children are given the age-appropriate coloring device. Some device is only for children 2 years + or 3 years +. If you have questions about this, please ask Think China staff.
7. Assist consumers to scan the QR code. Particularly those who are scanning for Facebook and may not be familiar with how to scan a QR code on their device.
8. Keep the booth looking presentable and professional.
9. Assist the Brand team and Think China Staff where requested.
10. Help parents to take photos at backdrop when required.
